02 - 60 ml soy sauce
03 - 24 g brown sugar
04 - 5 g garlic powder
05 - 5 g onion powder
06 - 5 g paprika
07 - 2.5 g ground black pepper
08 - 2.5 g salt

→ Main

09 - 4 bone-in pork chops, approximately 2–2.5 cm thick

→ For Cooking

10 - 30 ml vegetable oil

# Steps:

01 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt until thoroughly combined.
02 - Place pork chops in a ziplock bag or an airtight container. Pour marinade over the chops, ensuring complete coverage. Seal and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, ideally overnight, for optimal flavor infusion.
03 - Preheat grill or stovetop skillet to medium-high heat. Brush grates or skillet lightly with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
04 - Remove pork chops from marinade, allowing excess to drip away. Grill or sear pork chops for 4–5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 63°C. Adjust timing for chop thickness as needed.
05 - Transfer cooked pork chops to a plate and let rest for several minutes to allow juices to redistribute. Serve hot with preferred accompaniments.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal tenderness, marinate the pork chops overnight. Resting the cooked chops enhances juiciness.
