Savory chicken and pasta tossed in a sweet-spicy honey pepper sauce. Perfect for weeknights or casual gatherings.

# Ingredients:

→ Poultry

01 - 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

→ Pasta

02 - 300 g fettuccine pasta or other pasta of choice

→ Produce

03 - 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
04 - 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
05 - Green onions, chopped, for garnish

→ Sauce & Seasoning

06 - 60 ml pure honey
07 - 60 ml low-sodium soy sauce
08 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
09 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
10 - Chili flakes, optional, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Cook fettuccine in a large pot of salted boiling water according to manufacturer instructions until al dente. Drain well and set aside.
02 - Slice chicken breasts into thin strips. Season lightly with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, then cook chicken, turning once, until golden brown and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes total.
03 - Add minced garlic and sliced red bell pepper to the skillet with chicken. Stir-fry until fragrant and slightly softened, about 2 minutes.
04 - Pour in honey and low-sodium soy sauce. Stir to combine. Allow the sauce to simmer for 2–3 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
05 - Add the drained pasta and, if desired, chili flakes to the skillet. Toss well to coat noodles and chicken evenly with the sauce.
06 - Transfer pasta to serving plates and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For extra flavor, marinate chicken in a small portion of the soy sauce and honey mixture for up to 30 minutes before cooking.
