Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat, add taco seasoning and water, and simmer for 5 minutes until the mixture thickens.

Heat oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to form a 25 x 38 cm rectangle.

Evenly spread beef mixture over the dough, leaving a border around the edges. Sprinkle crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese on top.

Tightly roll the dough from the long edge into a log. Pinch the seam to seal. Slice the log into 12 equal pieces.

Place rollups cut side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Mix melted butter with minced garlic and chopped parsley. Brush the mixture generously over the tops of the rollups.

Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
