# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 28 g taco seasoning
03 - 120 ml water
04 - 6 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
05 - 160 g shredded cheddar cheese

→ Dough

06 - 450 g refrigerated pizza dough

→ Garlic Butter

07 - 60 g unsalted butter, melted
08 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
09 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

# Steps:

01 - Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat, add taco seasoning and water, and simmer for 5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
02 - Heat oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
03 - Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to form a 25 x 38 cm rectangle.
04 - Evenly spread beef mixture over the dough, leaving a border around the edges. Sprinkle crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese on top.
05 - Tightly roll the dough from the long edge into a log. Pinch the seam to seal. Slice the log into 12 equal pieces.
06 - Place rollups cut side down on the prepared baking sheet.
07 - Mix melted butter with minced garlic and chopped parsley. Brush the mixture generously over the tops of the rollups.
08 - Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.

# Notes:

01 - For added flavor, include pickles, diced onions, or sliced jalapeños before rolling.
02 - Rollups stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 3 days when stored in an airtight container.
