→ For Serving

13 - 4 pieces gluten-free pita bread

# Steps:

01 - Combine olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add chicken breasts and coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
02 - Grate the cucumber and sprinkle with salt. Let sit for 10 minutes, then squeeze out excess moisture. Combine grated cucumber with Greek yogurt, crumbled feta, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate until serving.
03 - Heat a grill to medium-high. Grill marinated chicken for 6–7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 75°C. Remove from heat and let rest before slicing thinly.
04 - Place pita bread on the grill for about 1 minute per side until warm and lightly charred.
05 - Place sliced chicken in the center of each warm pita. Top with a generous spoonful of feta tzatziki. Wrap securely and serve immediately with extra tzatziki if desired.

# Notes:

01 - For intensified flavor, marinate chicken for up to two hours or overnight.
02 - Enhance freshness by substituting dried oregano with chopped fresh herbs if available.
03 - Serve gyros warm and pair with a crisp beverage for a complete meal.
