01 -
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
02 -
Warm olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté diced bell peppers and minced garlic for 3–5 minutes until softened. Remove from heat and set aside.
03 -
In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, sautéed vegetables, green onions, salt, black pepper, Old Bay seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly to distribute ingredients evenly.
04 -
In a separate bowl, whisk heavy cream and eggs until smooth. Gently fold in the shrimp mixture, ensuring an even consistency.
05 -
Place the pre-made pie crust into a baking dish. Pour the combined shrimp filling evenly into the crust.
06 -
If desired, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the filling.
07 -
Transfer pie to the preheated oven. Bake for 30–40 minutes until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
08 -
Remove pie from oven and allow to cool for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
09 -
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired. Slice and serve warm.
