# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 1 pre-made pie crust

→ Seafood Filling

02 - 450 g fresh shrimp, peeled, deveined, chopped
03 - 240 ml heavy cream
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 150 g diced bell peppers (red and green)
06 - 60 g chopped green onions
07 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
09 - 1 teaspoon salt
10 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
11 - 15 ml extra-virgin olive oil
12 - 15 ml Worcestershire sauce
13 - 15 ml fresh lemon juice

→ Topping (optional)

14 - 60 g shredded cheddar cheese
15 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C.
02 - Warm olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté diced bell peppers and minced garlic for 3–5 minutes until softened. Remove from heat and set aside.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, sautéed vegetables, green onions, salt, black pepper, Old Bay seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly to distribute ingredients evenly.
04 - In a separate bowl, whisk heavy cream and eggs until smooth. Gently fold in the shrimp mixture, ensuring an even consistency.
05 - Place the pre-made pie crust into a baking dish. Pour the combined shrimp filling evenly into the crust.
06 - If desired, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the filling.
07 - Transfer pie to the preheated oven. Bake for 30–40 minutes until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
08 - Remove pie from oven and allow to cool for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
09 - Garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired. Slice and serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal flavor and texture, use freshly peeled and deveined shrimp. Allowing the pie to cool slightly after baking ensures clean, intact slices.
