# Ingredients:

→ Meatballs

01 - 450 grams ground beef
02 - 225 grams ground pork
03 - 60 milliliters breadcrumbs
04 - 30 grams grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 15 grams chopped fresh parsley
06 - 40 grams finely chopped onion
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
10 - 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
11 - 1 large egg
12 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

→ Creamy Gravy

13 - 2 tablespoons butter
14 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
15 - 480 milliliters beef broth
16 - 120 milliliters heavy cream
17 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
18 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Steps:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, parsley, onion, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, nutmeg, and the egg. Mix thoroughly to create a cohesive mixture.
02 - Portion the mixture and roll into uniform balls approximately 2.5 centimeters in diameter for even cooking.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs in batches, searing on all sides until golden brown, about 8 to 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
04 - In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour, cooking for 1 to 2 minutes until it turns golden.
05 - Gradually add beef broth, whisking constantly to prevent lumps. Once thickened, stir in heavy cream and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
06 - Return browned meatballs to the skillet, ensuring each is evenly coated with gravy. Simmer gently for 5 to 10 minutes to heat through.
07 - Serve meatballs hot, generously drizzled with creamy gravy. Suitable accompaniments include egg noodles or mashed potatoes.

# Notes:

01 - For a lighter alternative, substitute ground turkey for both beef and pork.
02 - Incorporate a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce into the gravy for increased depth of flavor.
