# Ingredients:

01 - 450 g fresh jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined

→ Tortillas

02 - 8 soft corn or wheat tortillas

→ Marinade

03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
05 - 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

→ Mango Salsa

06 - 1 large ripe mango, diced
07 - 60 ml red onion, finely chopped
08 - 60 ml fresh cilantro, chopped
09 - 1 lime, juiced
10 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

→ Optional Toppings

11 - Sliced avocado
12 - Sour cream
13 - Queso fresco

# Steps:

01 - Combine diced mango, finely chopped red onion, and chopped cilantro in a mixing bowl. Add lime juice, season with salt and black pepper, and stir well. Refrigerate salsa to let flavors develop.
02 - In a bowl, mix olive oil with taco seasoning and cayenne pepper. Add shrimp and coat evenly in marinade. Refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes.
03 - Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook marinated shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until opaque and lightly charred.
04 - Heat tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave them wrapped in a damp cloth until warmed through and pliable.
05 - Arrange shrimp on warm tortillas. Top with mango salsa and desired garnishes such as sliced avocado, sour cream, or queso fresco. Serve immediately.
