15 - Juice of 0.5 lemon

→ Optional Garnish

16 - Crumbled feta cheese, to serve

# Steps:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté for 3–4 minutes until translucent and lightly golden, stirring occasionally.
02 - Add ground beef to the skillet. Break it apart with a wooden spoon and cook for 6–8 minutes until thoroughly browned, ensuring even cooking throughout.
03 - Stir in minced garlic, ground cumin, smoked paprika, ground cinnamon, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Sauté for 1–2 minutes to bloom the spices and deepen flavor.
04 - Mix in diced red bell pepper, zucchini, and halved cherry tomatoes. Cook for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are just tender yet vibrant.
05 - Remove skillet from heat. Fold in chopped parsley and squeeze lemon juice over the mixture to enhance brightness and balance flavors.
06 - Portion the stir fry into bowls or serve with warm flatbread. Garnish with crumbled feta cheese if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Leftovers develop deeper flavors and keep well refrigerated for up to 3 days.
02 - For a dairy-free option, omit feta cheese and increase fresh parsley for herbaceous notes.
03 - This dish can be doubled easily for meal prep or larger gatherings.
