# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 450 g kielbasa, sliced into rounds
02 - 900 g potatoes, cubed
03 - 360 g cabbage, chopped
04 - 1 large onion, thinly sliced
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

→ Seasoning and Fats

06 - 30 ml butter or olive oil
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Black pepper, to taste
09 - 5 g paprika
10 - Fresh parsley or dill, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Slice the kielbasa into rounds, cube the potatoes, chop the cabbage, thinly slice the onion, and mince the garlic.
02 - Heat the butter or olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add kielbasa slices and sear until browned on both sides. Remove the kielbasa and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and minced garlic. Cook until translucent. Add cubed potatoes and sauté for approximately 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they begin to soften.
04 - Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the cabbage is tender and potatoes are fully cooked.
05 - Return the browned kielbasa to the skillet. Mix thoroughly and cook for several minutes until heated through. Garnish with fresh parsley or dill and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For a creamier finish, incorporate a splash of heavy cream or sour cream just before serving.
02 - Optimal browning and flavor are achieved using a cast-iron skillet.
