Hot Honey Spicy Mango Margarita (Print)

Sweet mango collides with hot honey, tequila, and a chili-lime rim for a refreshing, fiery summer cocktail.

# Ingredients:

→ Mango Puree

01 - 285 grams mango chunks
02 - 80 millilitres water
03 - 25 grams granulated sugar

→ Margarita

04 - 45 millilitres tequila
05 - 30 millilitres fresh lime juice
06 - 22 millilitres Cointreau
07 - 20 grams mango puree
08 - 15 millilitres hot honey
09 - Lime wedges, for rimming and garnish
10 - Chili lime seasoning, for rimming
11 - Extra mango chunks, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - In a blender, combine the mango chunks, water, and granulated sugar. Blend until completely smooth.
02 - Spread chili lime seasoning onto a small plate. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a serving glass. Dip and rotate the rim of the glass into the seasoning until coated.
03 - Fill the prepared glass with fresh ice cubes.
04 - In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, lime juice, Cointreau, mango puree, and hot honey. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 10 to 20 seconds.
05 - Strain the mixture into the ice-filled, rimmed glass.
06 - Garnish with a lime wedge and mango slices dipped in chili lime seasoning, if desired. Serve immediately.
