Irresistible Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs (Print)

Cheesy ground beef wrapped in golden garlic Parmesan biscuits—perfect as appetizers or main dishes.

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 1 teaspoon fine salt
03 - 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
07 - 110 g shredded cheddar cheese

→ Dough

08 - 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough, about 8 biscuits

→ Garlic Parmesan Coating

09 - 60 ml unsalted butter, melted
10 - 2 tablespoons finely minced garlic
11 - 25 g grated Parmesan cheese
12 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring often, until beef is fully browned with no pink remaining. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before stirring in cheddar cheese.
02 - Remove biscuit dough from packaging and separate into eight pieces. On a lightly floured surface, flatten each biscuit with your hands or a rolling pin to form discs approximately 10–12 cm in diameter.
03 - Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of beef and cheese mixture into the centre of each flattened biscuit round. Gather the edges over the filling, pinching and twisting to seal tightly with no exposed seams.
04 - In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic. In a separate bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
05 - Place assembled biscuits seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush each top with garlic butter, then sprinkle generously with the Parmesan-parsley mixture. Bake for 15–18 minutes until biscuits are golden and fully cooked.
06 - Remove from oven and let stand 2–3 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm for optimal flavour and texture.

# Notes:

01 - Allow the beef mixture to cool before assembling to prevent biscuit dough from becoming soggy.
02 - Firmly pinch and twist seams of dough to create a secure seal and avoid leakage during baking.
03 - Dust hands lightly with flour if biscuit dough becomes sticky while working.
04 - Add a pinch of dried oregano or basil to the beef for extra savoury flavour.
05 - Avoid overfilling to prevent bursting during baking.
