01 -
Preheat the oven to 190°C. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring often, until beef is fully browned with no pink remaining. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before stirring in cheddar cheese.
02 -
Remove biscuit dough from packaging and separate into eight pieces. On a lightly floured surface, flatten each biscuit with your hands or a rolling pin to form discs approximately 10–12 cm in diameter.
03 -
Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of beef and cheese mixture into the centre of each flattened biscuit round. Gather the edges over the filling, pinching and twisting to seal tightly with no exposed seams.
04 -
In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic. In a separate bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
05 -
Place assembled biscuits seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush each top with garlic butter, then sprinkle generously with the Parmesan-parsley mixture. Bake for 15–18 minutes until biscuits are golden and fully cooked.
06 -
Remove from oven and let stand 2–3 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm for optimal flavour and texture.
