Set oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and crumble as it cooks. Sauté for 7–10 minutes, add minced garlic, and cook until fragrant. Drain excess fat.

In a bowl, combine cubed cheddar and diced Parmesan. Mix until evenly incorporated.

Separate biscuit dough pieces. Flatten each piece and top with a spoonful of beef mixture and cheese mixture. Fold dough over filling, pinch edges to seal, and shape into balls.

Arrange filled dough balls on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.

Brush warm bombs with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
