Savor juicy beef, bacon, garlic, and cheese filled in golden pastry—perfect bite-sized appetizers for any gathering.

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 450 grams ground beef (85% lean)
02 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 120 grams cheddar cheese, cubed
04 - 60 grams Parmesan cheese, diced

→ Dough & Topping

05 - 1 can (462 grams) refrigerated biscuit dough
06 - 30 millilitres unsalted butter, melted
07 - 10 grams fresh parsley, chopped

# Steps:

01 - Set oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and crumble as it cooks. Sauté for 7–10 minutes, add minced garlic, and cook until fragrant. Drain excess fat.
03 - In a bowl, combine cubed cheddar and diced Parmesan. Mix until evenly incorporated.
04 - Separate biscuit dough pieces. Flatten each piece and top with a spoonful of beef mixture and cheese mixture. Fold dough over filling, pinch edges to seal, and shape into balls.
05 - Arrange filled dough balls on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
06 - Brush warm bombs with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure a tight seal to prevent filling from leaking during baking.
