# Ingredients:

01 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
02 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
03 - 1 teaspoon paprika
04 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
05 - 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
06 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

→ Broth

07 - 720 ml chicken broth
08 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
09 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
10 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
11 - 60 ml heavy cream

→ Creamy Garlic Sauce

12 - 1 tablespoon butter
13 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
14 - 60 ml heavy cream

→ Ramen & Garnish

15 - 2 packs ramen noodles (fresh or dried)
16 - 1 green onion, chopped
17 - 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Combine chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Evenly coat the chicken with the spice blend and let rest for 15 minutes.
02 - Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until golden and thoroughly cooked. Allow to rest before slicing.
03 - In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until aromatic. Stir in heavy cream and cook until the sauce slightly thickens. Remove from heat and set aside.
04 - Bring water to a boil in a pot. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
05 - Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth, add soy sauce and heavy cream, then allow to simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.
06 - Divide cooked noodles between serving bowls. Ladle spicy broth over the noodles and arrange sliced chicken on top. Drizzle with creamy garlic sauce.
07 - Top with chopped green onions and, if desired, a drizzle of chili oil for added heat. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For enhanced texture, add toppings such as sesame seeds or soft-boiled eggs.
02 - Store leftovers refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days; reheat gently with a splash of broth or cream.
03 - Adjust heat intensity by modifying the amount of chili powder according to taste preference.
