# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
04 - 225 g penne or spaghetti
05 - 120 ml beef broth
06 - 60 g grated Parmesan cheese
07 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

→ To Finish

08 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until fully browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon.
02 - Add butter and minced garlic to the pot; sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in dried Italian seasoning.
03 - Pour in beef broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
04 - Add pasta to the pot, ensuring it is fully submerged in liquid. Cover and cook according to pasta package instructions until al dente, stirring occasionally.
05 - Remove pot from heat. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce becomes creamy. Season to taste as desired.
06 - Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For a lighter version, substitute part of the ground beef with mushrooms or finely chopped vegetables.
02 - Ensure the pasta is just covered by the liquid to achieve a creamy consistency without excess sauce.
