Place saltine crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet to fully cover the surface.

Melt unsalted butter and brown sugar together in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently until mixture reaches a boil.

Pour the hot toffee mixture evenly over the crackers, spreading to coat. Bake for 5–7 minutes or until bubbling.

Remove pan from oven and immediately sprinkle semi-sweet chocolate chips evenly over the hot toffee layer. Wait 2 minutes, then gently spread the melted chocolate to cover.

Combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a bowl. Sprinkle evenly over the warm chocolate layer.

Lightly sprinkle sea salt over the surface.
