Savory green beans and ground beef stir-fried for a quick, satisfying dish. Fast, full of flavor, and perfect for busy nights.

# Ingredients:

→ Vegetables

01 - 300 g green beans, ends trimmed and halved

→ Protein

02 - 1 cup ground beef

→ Aromatics

03 - 1 tablespoon fried garlic

→ Oil

04 - 1 cup neutral cooking oil

→ Sauce

05 - 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
06 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
07 - 2 tablespoons rice wine

# Steps:

01 - Thoroughly dry the green beans after washing, then trim the ends and cut in half.
02 - Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the green beans and deep-fry until the skins become slightly wrinkled and golden. Remove the green beans and drain excess oil, leaving approximately two tablespoons of oil in the pan.
03 - In a small bowl, mix together oyster sauce, soy sauce, and rice wine until well blended.
04 - With the remaining oil in the pan over medium heat, add the ground beef and stir-fry until lightly browned.
05 - Pour the prepared sauce over the beef. Continue stir-frying for 10 to 20 seconds until the sauce evaporates and the beef is fragrant.
06 - Return the cooked green beans and add the fried garlic to the pan. Stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes until the mixture is evenly combined and sizzling.

# Notes:

01 - Dry the green beans completely before frying to minimize oil splattering.
02 - You can adjust the proportions of green beans and beef to suit personal preferences.
03 - Optionally, add a pinch of chili flakes for extra heat during the final stir-fry.
04 - For optimal searing and texture, cook in small batches to ensure even high heat.
