Thoroughly dry the green beans after washing, then trim the ends and cut in half.

Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the green beans and deep-fry until the skins become slightly wrinkled and golden. Remove the green beans and drain excess oil, leaving approximately two tablespoons of oil in the pan.

In a small bowl, mix together oyster sauce, soy sauce, and rice wine until well blended.

With the remaining oil in the pan over medium heat, add the ground beef and stir-fry until lightly browned.

Pour the prepared sauce over the beef. Continue stir-frying for 10 to 20 seconds until the sauce evaporates and the beef is fragrant.

Return the cooked green beans and add the fried garlic to the pan. Stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes until the mixture is evenly combined and sizzling.
