Cherry Jack and Coke Slushie (Print)
Blend frozen cherries, whiskey, and Coke for a chilly, refreshing summer drink with rich cherry flavor.
# Ingredients:

340 ml Diet Coke
02 -
225 g frozen dark sweet cherries
→ Liquid Ingredients

120 ml Jack Daniel's or other whiskey

180 ml Diet Coke, chilled
# Steps:

Pour 340 ml of Diet Coke into an ice cube tray and freeze until solid, approximately 2 hours.

In a blender, combine the frozen cola cubes, frozen dark sweet cherries, whiskey, and chilled Diet Coke. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and slushy.

Pour the slushie into glasses and garnish each with a maraschino cherry if desired. Serve immediately, or transfer to a freezer-safe container for later use.

If the slushie hardens after prolonged freezing, allow it to sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes and re-blend to restore the ideal texture.

Both regular and Diet Coke may be used to suit preference.
