# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 450 grams halal-certified smoked sausage, sliced into 6 mm rounds
02 - 900 grams baby potatoes, halved or quartered
03 - 30 millilitres olive oil

→ Seasoning

04 - 1 packet halal-certified ranch seasoning mix (approx. 28 grams)
05 - 5 millilitres garlic powder
06 - 5 millilitres onion powder
07 - 2.5 millilitres ground black pepper

→ Topping and Garnish

08 - 180 grams shredded cheddar cheese or blend of preferred cheeses
09 - 120 millilitres sour cream (optional, for serving)
10 - Fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional, for garnish)

# Steps:

01 - Set the oven to 200°C and allow it to fully preheat for optimal roasting.
02 - Wash baby potatoes thoroughly, then halve or quarter them for even roasting.
03 - Cut the smoked sausage into 6 mm thick rounds to ensure even cooking.
04 - Combine ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a small bowl.
05 - In a large bowl, toss the prepared potatoes with olive oil and half of the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
06 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease to prevent sticking.
07 - Spread seasoned potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet and evenly distribute sliced sausage on top.
08 - Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast for 35 to 40 minutes, stirring halfway through, until potatoes are golden brown and tender.
09 - Remove from oven, sprinkle shredded cheese over the sausage and potatoes, then return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling.
10 - Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot with a dollop of sour cream.

# Notes:

01 - For best texture, avoid overcrowding the baking sheet to ensure potatoes roast evenly and develop crisp edges.
