Cheddar Ranch Chicken Burgers (Print)

Juicy chicken burgers packed with cheddar and ranch, perfect for easy grilling or skillet dinners.

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Patties

01 - 450 g ground chicken
02 - 120 g sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
03 - 3 tablespoons ranch dressing seasoning mix
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 60 g plain or seasoned breadcrumbs
06 - 15 g fresh parsley, chopped
07 - 0.5 teaspoon fine salt
08 - 0.25 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

09 - 4 whole grain or classic hamburger buns

→ Optional Garnishes

10 - Lettuce leaves
11 - Sliced tomatoes
12 - Pickle slices
13 - Sliced avocado

# Steps:

01 - Combine ground chicken, cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly until ingredients are evenly incorporated.
02 - Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty approximately 2 cm thick.
03 - Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. If using a skillet, lightly oil the surface. Cook the patties for 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and an internal temperature of 74°C is reached.
04 - Place cooked patties on toasted buns. Add preferred garnishes such as lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, or avocado before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Enhance flavor by swapping cheddar for pepper jack cheese or incorporating fresh cilantro into the mix.
02 - Allow cooked patties to rest for several minutes before serving to retain maximum juiciness.
