Combine ground chicken, cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly until ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty approximately 2 cm thick.

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. If using a skillet, lightly oil the surface. Cook the patties for 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and an internal temperature of 74°C is reached.

Place cooked patties on toasted buns. Add preferred garnishes such as lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, or avocado before serving.
