02 - 1 bell pepper, diced
03 - 1 small onion, diced

05 - 226 g tomato sauce
06 - 60 ml ketchup
07 - 15 ml Worcestershire sauce
08 - 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
09 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
10 - Salt, to taste
11 - Black pepper, to taste
12 - 15 ml olive oil

13 - 4 hamburger buns
14 - Optional: sliced pickles
15 - Optional: shredded cheese

# Steps:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced bell pepper and onion, sauté until softened, about 3–4 minutes.
02 - Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until aromatic.
03 - Add ground chicken, breaking it apart with a spoon, and cook until fully opaque, about 5–7 minutes.
04 - Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
05 - Toast hamburger buns in a dry skillet or toaster until golden brown.
06 - Divide the spicy chicken mixture among the bottom halves of the toasted buns. Add desired optional toppings, then place top halves over filling.
07 - Serve the sandwiches hot and enjoy immediately.
