Brazilian Lemonade Coconut Twist (Print)

Zesty Brazilian lemonade with coconut creates a thirst-quenching, tropical refreshment that's perfect on warm days.

# Ingredients:

→ Lemonade base

01 - 720 ml cold water
02 - 100 g granulated sugar
03 - 2 whole limes, thoroughly washed
04 - 45 ml sweetened condensed milk
05 - 0.5 ml coconut extract (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Pour cold water into the blender.
02 - Add granulated sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and coconut extract if using to the blender.
03 - Cut off the ends of the limes and slice each lime into approximately 18 small pieces.
04 - Add lime pieces to the blender. Blend for 20 seconds until the mixture is combined and limes are broken down.
05 - Place a fine mesh strainer over a large bowl or pitcher and pour the blended mixture through. Press to extract as much liquid as possible and discard the pulp.
06 - Transfer the strained beverage into 2 to 4 glasses filled with ice and serve immediately.
07 - If the drink tastes overly bitter, stir in additional sweetened condensed milk as needed.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal flavor, do not over-blend the limes to avoid excess bitterness from the rind.
