02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
07 - 0.75 teaspoon salt
08 - 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Pat chicken thighs thoroughly dry using kitchen paper and trim any excess fat.
03 - Rub olive oil over each thigh and evenly coat with garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
04 - Place the seasoned chicken thighs on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring space between each piece for even cooking.
05 - Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C.
06 - Broil for an additional 2 to 3 minutes to enhance browning, if desired.
07 - Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving to retain juiciness.
