01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approximately 680 g total)
02 - 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
03 - 1 cup (80 g) freshly grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1 cup (60 g) panko breadcrumbs

→ Seasonings

05 - 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
06 - 1 teaspoon salt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

08 - Olive oil spray

# Steps:

01 - Pat the chicken breasts dry thoroughly with paper towels to promote optimal crispness.
02 - In a bowl, combine salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, and a light spray of olive oil. Rub the mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
03 - In a separate bowl, mix together the freshly grated Parmesan cheese and panko breadcrumbs until well combined.
04 - Press each seasoned chicken breast into the breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture, ensuring a uniform and thorough coating on all sides.
05 - Preheat the air fryer to 190°C for about 3 minutes to ensure even cooking.
06 - Place coated chicken breasts in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray each with a light coating of olive oil.
07 - Cook for 12–15 minutes until the exterior is golden brown and the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 74°C. Serve hot.
