Set up three separate shallow bowls: one containing flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.

Dredge each filled jalapeño in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat thoroughly in panko breadcrumbs.

Gently lower the coated bites into hot oil and fry for 3 to 4 minutes, or until crisp and golden brown.
