# Ingredients:

→ Essentials

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 1 packet taco seasoning
03 - 400 g cooked rice (white, brown, or Mexican-style)
04 - 70 g nacho cheese Doritos, lightly crushed

→ Optional Toppings

05 - 60 g shredded lettuce
06 - 150 g diced tomatoes
07 - 100 g shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
08 - 120 g sour cream
09 - 120 g salsa or pico de gallo
10 - 1 sliced avocado or 120 g guacamole
11 - 120 g black beans or corn kernels

# Steps:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until thoroughly browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain any excess fat.
02 - Add taco seasoning and water according to packet directions. Stir well and let simmer for 5 minutes until the flavors are fully absorbed.
03 - Cook rice as per package instructions. For enhanced flavor, substitute water with chicken broth or add a pinch of cumin during cooking.
04 - Divide the cooked rice among serving bowls. Top each with a generous portion of seasoned taco meat.
05 - Layer desired toppings such as shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, black beans or corn, and shredded cheese over the meat.
06 - Sprinkle lightly crushed nacho cheese Doritos over each bowl just before serving. Add sour cream, salsa, avocado, or guacamole as preferred.

# Notes:

01 - For best texture, add Doritos immediately before serving to keep them crisp.
