Preheat the oven to 175°C. Line a 23 x 23 cm baking dish or tray with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine shredded chicken, hot sauce, ranch dressing, salt, black pepper, 2.5 ml garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.

Arrange the bottom halves of the slider buns in the prepared baking dish. Evenly distribute the buffalo chicken mixture over the buns, then sprinkle with shredded cheese. Place the top halves of the buns over the filling.

In a small bowl, combine melted butter, 2.5 ml garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Using a pastry brush, evenly coat the tops of the sliders with the garlic butter mixture.

Cover the baking dish with aluminium foil and bake for 15 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5–10 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden and the cheese is fully melted.

Cut between each slider and serve hot with your choice of accompaniments.
