Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sliders (Print)

Buffalo chicken, cheese, and ranch layered on fluffy buns then baked until golden and melty.

# Ingredients:

→ Slider Buns

01 - 9 slider buns

→ Chicken Filling

02 - 375 g shredded cooked chicken
03 - 120 ml Frank's buffalo hot sauce
04 - 30 ml ranch dressing
05 - 2.5 ml salt
06 - 1.25 ml ground black pepper
07 - 2.5 ml garlic powder
08 - 1.25 ml paprika

→ Cheese

09 - 100 g shredded cheese

→ Garlic Butter Topping

10 - 30 g unsalted butter, melted
11 - 2.5 ml garlic powder
12 - 1.25 ml Italian seasoning

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 175°C. Line a 23 x 23 cm baking dish or tray with parchment paper.
02 - In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine shredded chicken, hot sauce, ranch dressing, salt, black pepper, 2.5 ml garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
03 - Arrange the bottom halves of the slider buns in the prepared baking dish. Evenly distribute the buffalo chicken mixture over the buns, then sprinkle with shredded cheese. Place the top halves of the buns over the filling.
04 - In a small bowl, combine melted butter, 2.5 ml garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Using a pastry brush, evenly coat the tops of the sliders with the garlic butter mixture.
05 - Cover the baking dish with aluminium foil and bake for 15 minutes.
06 - Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5–10 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden and the cheese is fully melted.
07 - Cut between each slider and serve hot with your choice of accompaniments.

# Notes:

01 - For extra crispiness, bake uncovered for the last 2 minutes. Sliders are best enjoyed fresh from the oven.
