Hot Honey Garlic Bread Pizza (Print)

Crispy garlic bread layered with mozzarella, ricotta, and hot honey creates the ultimate cheesy, spicy treat.

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1 large garlic bread loaf (store-bought or homemade)
02 - 240 g shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 120 g ricotta cheese

→ Seasoning

04 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
05 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes
07 - 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Finishing & Garnish

10 - 60 ml hot honey
11 - Fresh basil leaves (optional), for garnish
12 - Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C.
02 - If using frozen garlic bread, bake according to manufacturer’s instructions until lightly toasted but not browned, approximately 5–7 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.
03 - Combine olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Stir until well mixed.
04 - Spread the seasoned oil mixture evenly over the surface of the garlic bread loaf.
05 - Crumble ricotta cheese in an even layer over the bread, then scatter shredded mozzarella cheese over the ricotta.
06 - Return bread to oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted, bubbly, and beginning to brown.
07 - Remove from oven and immediately drizzle hot honey evenly over the entire surface. Cool slightly, then slice. Optional: garnish with fresh basil leaves and sprinkle with grated Parmesan before serving.
