Preheat oven to 200°C.

If using frozen garlic bread, bake according to manufacturer’s instructions until lightly toasted but not browned, approximately 5–7 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.

Combine olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Stir until well mixed.

Spread the seasoned oil mixture evenly over the surface of the garlic bread loaf.

Crumble ricotta cheese in an even layer over the bread, then scatter shredded mozzarella cheese over the ricotta.

Return bread to oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted, bubbly, and beginning to brown.

Remove from oven and immediately drizzle hot honey evenly over the entire surface. Cool slightly, then slice. Optional: garnish with fresh basil leaves and sprinkle with grated Parmesan before serving.
