Spray a 23 x 33 cm baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Transfer the mixture into the dish, spread evenly, and top with the remaining cheddar.

Bake uncovered at 175°C for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden. Alternatively, cover with foil to freeze for later preparation, thawing fully before baking.
