Ground beef and broccoli combine in one pan with savory sauce for a quick, flavorful dinner.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 300 g broccoli florets, fresh or frozen

→ Aromatics and Seasonings

03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
05 - 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
06 - 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
07 - 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger
08 - 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
09 - Salt, to taste
10 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Garnish

11 - 2 green onions, sliced

→ To Serve

12 - Cooked rice (optional)

# Steps:

01 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula, until evenly browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.
02 - While the beef cooks, steam broccoli florets in a separate pot or microwave until just tender, approximately 3–4 minutes. Set aside.
03 - To the cooked beef, add sesame oil, minced garlic, and ground ginger. Sauté for 1 minute until aromatic.
04 - Add the steamed broccoli to the skillet. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and red pepper flakes. Stir well and cook for 2–3 minutes until ingredients are heated through and evenly coated.
05 - Taste and adjust with salt and black pepper as needed. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions. Serve on its own or over cooked rice if desired.

# Notes:

01 - For a leaner dish, substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken.
02 - Adjust seasoning to suit personal preference, and omit oyster sauce for a soy-based flavor.
