02 - Salt, to taste
03 - Black pepper, to taste
04 - 15 ml olive oil
05 - Slider buns or mini brioche rolls

→ Cowboy Butter

06 - 115 g unsalted butter, melted
07 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 15 ml fresh parsley, chopped
09 - 5 ml Dijon mustard
10 - 2.5 ml red pepper flakes
11 - 5 ml lemon juice
12 - 2.5 ml paprika
13 - 1.25 ml salt
14 - 1.25 ml black pepper

→ Optional Toppings

15 - Cheese slices
16 - Sautéed onions
17 - Arugula
18 - Pickles

# Steps:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter with minced garlic, chopped parsley, Dijon mustard, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
02 - Pat steak dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
03 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Rest the steak for 5–10 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
04 - Place slider buns cut side down in the same skillet and toast until golden.
05 - Layer sliced steak onto bottom buns. Generously spoon cowboy butter over the steak. Add optional toppings as desired. Close with the top bun.
06 - Serve immediately while warm, with extra cowboy butter on the side for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - For maximum tenderness, always slice steak thinly against the grain after resting.
