In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter with minced garlic, chopped parsley, Dijon mustard, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly and set aside.

Pat steak dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Rest the steak for 5–10 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.

Place slider buns cut side down in the same skillet and toast until golden.

Layer sliced steak onto bottom buns. Generously spoon cowboy butter over the steak. Add optional toppings as desired. Close with the top bun.
