Viral Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread (Print)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 2 small chicken breasts, cut into 1.25 cm pieces
02 - 2 tablespoons poultry seasoning or a combination of salt, pepper, and garlic powder
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

→ Bread

04 - 1 Italian style loaf, halved lengthwise

→ Garlic Butter

05 - 1 stick (113 g) unsalted butter, melted
06 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
07 - 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
08 - 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

→ Alfredo Sauce

09 - 0.5 stick (56 g) unsalted butter
10 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
11 - 0.5 cup (120 ml) heavy cream
12 - 0.25 cup (25 g) shredded parmesan cheese
13 - 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

→ Topping

14 - 0.5 cup (55 g) shredded mozzarella cheese

# Steps:

01 - Toss chicken breast pieces with 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning or seasoning blend. Sauté in a pan over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat.
02 - In a bowl, combine 1 stick melted butter, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, and 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes. Mix thoroughly.
03 - Spread the garlic butter evenly over the cut sides of the bread. Place cut side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Toast in a preheated oven at 175°C for 5–10 minutes, monitoring after 5 minutes until lightly crisped.
04 - In the same pan used for the chicken, melt 0.5 stick of butter over medium-low heat. Add 1 tablespoon minced garlic and cook for 2–3 minutes until fragrant. Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream, parmesan, and chopped parsley. Simmer, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened, about 3–5 minutes. Remove from heat.
05 - Spread half of the Alfredo sauce over the toasted bread halves. Arrange cooked chicken evenly on top, sprinkle with shredded mozzarella, then drizzle with remaining sauce.
06 - Return assembled bread to the oven and bake at 175°C for 5 minutes until the cheese is fully melted. Slice into 5–7 cm pieces and serve warm.

01 - To ensure mozzarella melts evenly, allow the bread to rest for 1–2 minutes before slicing.
