09 - 120 ml sour cream
10 - Fresh parsley, chopped

# Steps:

01 - Set oven to 200°C to ensure optimal roasting temperature.
02 - Wash and dry baby potatoes, then halve or quarter for even cooking.
03 - Cut smoked sausage into 6 mm thick rounds.
04 - In a small bowl, combine ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
05 - Place potatoes in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and toss with half the seasoning blend until evenly coated.
06 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease to prevent sticking.
07 - Arrange seasoned potatoes on baking sheet in a single layer, then scatter smoked sausage evenly on top.
08 - Roast in preheated oven for 35–40 minutes, stirring halfway, until potatoes are golden and fork-tender.
09 - Remove tray, sprinkle shredded cheese over potatoes and sausage, then return to oven for 5 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles.
10 - Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot, adding a dollop of sour cream if desired.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal roasting, avoid overcrowding potatoes on the tray; this ensures crispy edges and even browning.
02 - Experiment with a blend of cheeses such as mozzarella or pepper jack for additional flavor.
03 - Halal-certified ingredients make this suitable for various dietary preferences.
