# Ingredients:

01 - 4 large potatoes, peeled and grated
02 - 1 small onion, grated
03 - 2 large eggs
04 - 60 ml all-purpose flour

# Steps:

01 - Grate the peeled potatoes and onion into a large mixing bowl.
02 - In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add the flour, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly incorporated.
03 - Pour the egg mixture into the grated potatoes and onion. Stir thoroughly to create a cohesive batter.

05 - Drop spoonfuls of the potato mixture into the skillet, gently flattening each portion to form pancakes.
