03 - Freshly ground black pepper, to season

→ Breading

04 - 120 g panko breadcrumbs
05 - 1 large egg
06 - 65 g all-purpose flour

→ Bang Bang Sauce

07 - 60 ml mayonnaise
08 - 30 ml sweet chili sauce
09 - 15–30 ml sriracha, adjust to taste
10 - 15 ml rice vinegar

→ Assembly

11 - 6 slider buns
12 - Lettuce leaves, as needed
13 - Sliced pickles, as desired

→ For Frying

14 - Vegetable oil, for shallow frying

# Steps:

01 - Slice chicken breasts into portions sized to fit the slider buns. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
02 - Coat each chicken piece first in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and finally press into panko breadcrumbs, ensuring an even coating.
03 - Heat a generous layer of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
04 - In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar until smooth. Adjust sriracha to control spice level.
05 - Layer a piece of lettuce and pickle on the bottom half of each slider bun. Place a piece of crispy chicken on top, generously drizzle with Bang Bang sauce, and cap with the remaining bun half. Serve immediately for best texture.

# Notes:

01 - Double-bread the chicken by repeating the coating process for an exceptionally crunchy crust.
02 - Serve the sliders fresh for optimal crispiness; assemble just before eating.
03 - Vary spice by adjusting the quantity of sriracha in the Bang Bang sauce.
