In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, finely chopped onion, soaked bread, egg, mustard, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is evenly blended.

Shape the mixture with your hands into palm-sized, round patties of even thickness.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the patties in the pan and fry for 5–7 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through.
