# Ingredients:

→ Patty Mixture

01 - 500 g ground beef
02 - 1 onion, finely chopped
03 - 2 slices white bread, soaked in water
04 - 1 egg
05 - 1 teaspoon mustard
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Black pepper, to taste

→ For Frying

09 - Vegetable oil, for frying

# Steps:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, finely chopped onion, soaked bread, egg, mustard, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is evenly blended.
02 - Shape the mixture with your hands into palm-sized, round patties of even thickness.
03 - Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the patties in the pan and fry for 5–7 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through.
04 - Remove patties from the pan and set them on paper towels to drain any remaining oil.
05 - Serve hot, accompanied by classic sides such as potatoes or a fresh salad.

# Notes:

01 - For the best texture, squeeze out excess water from the soaked bread before adding to the meat mixture.
02 - Mix the ingredients gently to avoid compacting the meat, resulting in lighter, juicier patties.
03 - Allow patties to rest for a few minutes after forming to help them keep their shape during frying.
